Meet the numerous attractions in the island with the help of a good map of Thassos

Tour with the map of Thassos - the northern part of the island
North of Golden Beach, following the central road axis on the map, you find the beautiful traditional village of Panagia. Descending from Panagia, through a route full of pines, you reach the capital of Thassos, Limenas, which is the entry point by boat to the island from both Kavala city and Keramoti.
Continuing your route based on the map of Thassos to the northern part of the island, you meet numerous small beaches until Skala of Rahoni and the homonym village of Rahoni, as well as Agios Georgios, at the roots of the mountain.

On the left side of the main entrance of the village, there is a road driving to the central homonym village, Maries, with astonishing nature and a lake, the beauty of which contests all the lovely beaches and mountainous parts on the island.
Always following the main road on the map of Thassos, moving to the south, you pass from the beach of Trypiti and you reach Limenaria, the destination for many tourists during summer. Moving even more southern, after a few kilometres and after the beach of Pefkari you meet the biggest tourist resort of Thassos, Potos. Continuing your tour with the map of Thassos to the southern part of the island, you will see along your course the amazing beaches of Psili Ammos and Astrida, one next to the other. Then, the road drives you to one of the biggest female monasteries of Greece, Archangelos Monastery, which is a pilgrimage place for many orthodox Christians from Greece, the Balkans and Russia. Just next to the monastery, the road and the map drive you to one of the most picturesque gulfs on the island, Alyki, where the all-blue water coexists with the ancient findings placed scattered next to the beach.
Moving to the east, you see the stunning Babouras cape, where the local fishermen meet, and which attracts several visitors during summer. Driving through a piny road, you face the fairy Paradise Beach. Moving to the east side according to the map of Thassos, you meet four small seaside villages, Loutra, Koinyra, with the homonym islet, Krini and finally Paleohori.
